Cathryn McCormack shares her experience from doing a 10 day Bones for Life course in Mullumbimby.
"Just finished Jenny's 10 day Bones for Life course. Doing this intensive activity felt profound at the time, but the biggest difference I noticed was going back to Tae Kwan Do the following Monday. My balance is better, and my speed improved. Speed in martial arts comes from the ability to rapidly switch from relaxed (for linking moves) to powerful (for punching and kicking). After all that work on wave and axis, I totally noticed my new-found speed in our basic movement pattern. Next challenge is to take this skill into more complex moves and sparring".
