The Sphincters are nature's wonder and they are found in single celled creatures and in the complex systems of human beings. The Sphincters or known as the Ring Muscles create movement and propulsion whether in water or on land. Moving with grace in a rhythmic pattern is all throughout life. The Sphincters are one of my favourite aspects in the Movement Intelligence program. Without life there is no movement.
