The Spirit of the Hands

Awareness comes from being attentive to the use of our hands that shape our brain, mind and culture. Being aware of your hands can make a profound change with everything that you do.

Sit Bones Walk
One of the moves in the Movement Intelligence program is called 'Sit Bones Walk'. This allows the feet and pelvis to connect to the ischium bones and spine in a spiralling axial line from feet to the head. You can walk in a homolateral pattern and a contralateral pattern. It is so good.
