You will learn about the bio-mechanics of chewing and how chewing can lead to unhealthy eating patterns.

Mindful Eating


You will be guided through ingesting a meal and exploring your eating style, habitual sets of behaviour, and movement patterns (including gestures, pace and intensity) of how food is consumed. You will learn how to develop pleasure from chewing, and the any associated addictions with eating. Chewing habits are re-trained in order to restore healthy eating patterns and lifestyle.

You will be given guidance and direction, and feedback whilst eating a meal in real time.  Extra mentoring is available afterwards as a private consultation.
