Spirals of nature

These exquisite birds nests fell down from trees on our property, after storms. The small one has cobwebs woven into its construction and the big one has a finer weave in the centre. I do wonder how long it took for the birds to weave their nests. Spirals are an intrinsic component in nature and in Movement Intelligence we use spirals as a one of the components to explore freedom in movement and also for adding tone. I still have them sitting on my verandah, they are so beautiful.
