Somatic Movement Medley with Jennifer Groves

This is Jenny’s last workshop for 2020. We will review material we have covered this year, and for our afternoon tea break you will be guided you through ingesting a meal with Mindful Eating. Explore you’re eating style, behavior and patterns (gestures, pace and intensity) of how you consume food. Learn how to develop pleasure from chewing and any associated addictions with eating. “Chewing habits can be re-trained in order to restore healthy eating patterns and lifestyle” Dr. Ruthy Alon - Mindful Eating program.
