In Jenny's monthly workshop at WeMove we will explore breath and the holding patterns associated with Anxiety. With the world going through difficult times, many people are feeling tired, overwhelmed and anxious. We will explore somatic grounding processes from the Movement Intelligence Program and Feldenkrais, to assist your nervous system into a calm and restorative state. This is for everyone, including those with limited movement and pain. I will also be giving an overview of the Anxiety Management Behavioural Program. Please book in early, as there will be limited numbers allowed in the studio.
PS: Bring your own mat, blanket/towel. Hand sanitiser will be available at the door and social distancing will be practised. Notes and material will be given to each student attending.
